NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on November 19, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the SIERRA COUNTY ANIMAL ORDINANCE NO. 19-06 ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SEIZURE AND DISPOSITION OF ESTRAY, DANGEROUS AND VICIOUS ANIMALS; PROVIDING A PENALTY; ESTABLISHING SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at a regular meeting to follow the public hearing, on November 19, 2019, at 10:00 AM. The public hearing and commission meeting will be held at the Albert J. Lyon Event Center, 2953 S. Broadway, Truth or Consequences 87901.
