Representatives from the Sierra County Office of Emergency Management and BOLD planning Inc. will be meeting on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Sierra County Commission Chambers, located at 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.

This meeting will be to finalize the development of the Sierra County Hazard Mitigation Plan. This plan will identify natural hazard vulnerabilities of Sierra County, as well as outline mitigation strategies to address these vulnerabilities. The plan will comply with federal and state regulations and allow for the county and municipal governments to access potential funding opportunities to implement mitigation strategies.
