LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra County Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting on April 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the Sierra County Ordinance No. 19-03, an ordinance and proclamation restricting open and controlled burns in the unincorporated areas of Sierra County. The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at a regular meeting to follow the public hearing, on April 16, 2019, at 10:00 AM. The public hearing and commission meeting will be held at the Sierra County Commission Chambers, located at 855 Van Patten, T or C, NM 87901.

They may also be inspected at the Office of the County Clerks at 100 N. Date Street, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, or at the County Administration office, 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be purchased by the public from either office for .50 cents a page.
