NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sierra County Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting on May 19, 2020, at 9:00 AM, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the Sierra County Ordinance No. 20-001 an ordinance and proclamation restricting open and controlled burns in the unincorporated areas of Sierra County.

The Ordinance will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners for Final Passage at a regular meeting to follow the public hearing, on May 19, 2020, at 10:00 AM. The public hearing and commission meeting will be held at the Sierra County Commission Chambers, located at 855 Van Patten, T or C, NM 87901.

Written comments can be emailed to ptooley@sierraco.org, or mailed to 855 Van Patten, T or C, NM 87901, no later than May 18, 2020 by 4:00 PM.
