Sierra County Board of Commissioners hereby give public notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 9:45 am, to be held in the Sierra County Commission Chambers, 855 Van Patten, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 87901.
Purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding Ordinance #21-004, Providing for Regulation of Location and Consumption of Recreational and Medical Cannabis; Providing a Penalty; Establishing Severability, and an Effective Date. The purpose of this ordinance is for the Board of Commissioners to consider the issue of recreational and medical cannabis in Sierra County.
The Public is invited to attend.
